The NC Division of Public Health is located in a three-building complex of three-story brick buildings sharing a parking lot. The complex is on Six Forks Road, just north of Millbrook Road. When facing the complex, the buildings from left to right are 5505 (Building 1 – Primarily the Chronic Disease Section), 5601 (Building 2 -Primarily the Women’s and Children’s Section) and 5605 ( Building 3 is Administration, Budget and Cardinal Conference Room)

From I-440 Beltline in Raleigh

1. Take Exit 8B, Six Forks Road North/North Hills
2. Go 1.5 mile to Millbrook Road
3. Staying on Six Forks Road, cross Millbrook Road
4. The office complex is on the left, just past a small brick building on the corner.

From I-540 North of Raleigh

1. Take Exit 11, Six Forks Road south toward Raleigh
2. Go 3.3 miles to Lynn Road (6200 north)
3. Staying on Six Forks Road, cross Lynn Road
4. Go about 0.5 miles farther (do not cross Millbrook Road)
5. The office complex is on the right.

From I-40 West of Raleigh

1. Take Exit 283, I-540 E
2. Take Exit 11, Six Forks Road south toward Raleigh
3. Go 3.3 miles to Lynn Road (6200 north)
4. Staying on Six Forks Road, cross Lynn Road
5. Go about 0.5 miles farther (do not cross Millbrook Road)
6. The office complex is on the right.

Overflow Parking is available at the church on the corner of Millbrook and Six Forks Roads.
