Xavier F. Christmas serves as the Administrative Support for the Nutrition Unit and the Health Promotion Unit in the Physical Activity and Nutrition (PAN) Branch, N.C. Division of Public Health. He also provides administrative support to the NC Fruits & Veggies Nutrition Coalition and Steering Committee and other projects as needed.
