Xavier F. Christmas serves as the Nutrition Administrative Support for the Physical Activity and Nutrition (PAN) Branch, N.C. Division of Public Health. In this role Xavier provides administrative support to the Nutrition Coordinator and is part of the Nutrition Team, headed by Diane Beth. He also provides administrative support to the NC 5 A Day Coalition and Steering Committee, the NC Winner's Circle Community Program, and other nutrition-related projects as needed.
